Verizon and Upgrading

This is my tale of woe while dealing with the beloved company of Verizon and their total lack of any competent Customer Service people:

I've had FiOS for about six months now and it's been great, speeds are fast and I like the service. Until one day when I decide to upgrade to a faster speed. I call them up they say that they just have to redo my information since I've signed up online and the system doesn't let them upgrade accounts that have been signed up for online. Then about 3 days later I get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization, for people that don't know) and it says to return my equipment or I might get charged $99 for unreturned modem fee's. So I decided to call them as I didn't want to be charged the $99 for upgrading my service. I got 3 CS people that had no clue what an RMA was. Finally one told me to throw it out and that I'd received it in error. I know better than this so I kept it just in case. Well I get an email in about 2 months telling me that the charge couldn't go through for FiOS. So I checked the bill and what do you know a $99 unreturned equipment fee a $138 bill. The wife calls is on the phone for an hour and gets that charged reversed. Somehow I knew that would happen good thing I kept that RMA. So this past weekend, Sunday, to be exact my wife is about ready to go to her friends house for the week to help plan a wedding. She takes a look at our bank account and notices 375 dollars missing. She calls up the bank and they say Verizon FiOS charged $341.57. Yes almost $350 dollars. Wow.. My wife is FUMING. She calls them up and of course nobody is in billing. So she goes on her trip and calls this morning. They tell her that they can't view the bill until later this week because it isn't on their system yet. WHAT?! You assholes sent me the bill how do YOU the company not get the bill before I do? After work I'm calling and am going to email them this bill so that they can see it. And i'll put it here as well. On the bill you'll see they charged me a disconnect, installation, modem fees and other crap. It seems they have their math worked out but now they need some work in the billing department.
